THE SONSIE SMOKESHOW
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously. Fine strain over fresh ice into an etched rocks glass. Garnish with mint crown and a lime wheel.
2oz Hudson baby bourbon
1oz maple simple syrup
2 dash orange bitters
2 dash ango bitters
Applewood chips (finely ground)
Smoker
Blowtorch
Glass: snifter
Garnish: ice ball & orange peel
Pour bourbon and simple into a Yarai glass filled with ice, dash with bitters. Rotate with a bar spoon 30 times. Strain into a snifter with one ice ball and an orange peel. Place a small amount of Applewood into the smoker, light with the blowtorch and smoke directly into the glass, covering with a coaster. Drink should be served to the guest with the coaster on top of the glass, return coaster after removing from the drink.

1.5 oz michter's bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple
.25 branca menta
5 mint leaves
Glass: etched rocks glass
Garnish: mint crown & lime wheel
